- Where will my wedding location be?
We have several different locations that we use, in Tucson and elsewhere.
At Tucson Weddings we have lots of experience and information on the best wedding
locations in the area. We will be happy to work with you to find the best spot
based on the size of your Tucson wedding and other personal preferences.

- Do I have to pay a fee for the location and will I need a permit?
No, not if it is at one of our public
Tucson locations that we regularly use. And don't forget, many times
the resort, condo, or hotel you may be staying at allows ceremonies on
their property. There are private resorts that require the site fee, it is the
couple's responsibility to make sure the permit and fee are taken care of.
Will I need a marriage license and if so where do I get it?
Yes, you will have to obtain your
wedding marriage license before the ceremony. For information to
obtain a State of Arizona Marriage license
Remember, Arizona law
requires that you have 2 witness over 18 yrs of age. Many of our
couples who are eloping cannot or do not bring witnesses. Not to
worry, we now can provide 2 witness for a nominal fee eliminating that
- Who is going to perform our ceremony? Our
regular officiant is included in the package. You will be able to contact by
phone or email your wedding officiant
with any questions concerning vows and ceremony details.
- Can I customize one of your wedding packages?
Yes, all of our packages can be easily changed or customized..
If you would like something not listed in one of our packages, or wish to make
substitutions just let us know. Our packages do not include a wedding
rehearsal, however if our schedule permits, it can be added to the package for a
nominal fee. However, none of our standard packages require a wedding rehearsal.
We provide unlimited telephone consultations to answer any of your questions
about your wedding particulars.

Your Tucson wedding is something that
will be remembered forever. And what better way to do that than with great
photographs? One of the advantages of our wedding services is that the
Wedding Photography is done by Purcell Photography one of Tucson's

All of our packages include professional wedding photography of the ceremony and formal
portraits of the bride, groom, guests, and family. Our standard packages do
not include photography at your reception unless prior arrangements are
The number of pictures taken depends on the package selected. All
packages include full resolution wedding pictures on a CD along with a copyright
release form. Additional photography time (reception, family portraits, etc.) is
available at an additional cost, as are wedding albums and enlargements.
- How much is the deposit and how do I pay it?
After confirming your wedding date
with us, you can reserve your date by making a deposit. When reserving a date, we require a
30% down payment. We accept all major
credit cards. Your deposit secures the date for you. Remember, you
need to confirm your wedding date and time with us BEFORE you pay your deposit.
- What happens if we have to postpone or
cancel out wedding? If
you need to postpone your wedding, you will be given the option of
moving your wedding to the day of your choice, schedule permitting.
If you have to cancel your wedding,
all deposits are NOT refundable if cancellation of the wedding/contract is
done within 30 days of the wedding date. 50% of the deposit is refundable if
the cancellation is beyond 30 days of the wedding date. All cancellations must
be in writing or email.
Remember, once we schedule your
wedding, we reserve that date for you and turn away other couples who ask for
- Wedding date and start time. All
weddings are expected to start at the agreed upon time. This is
important as there may be other weddings scheduled for later in the day.
Most of the time if we are informed of a delay in starting we will gladly
accommodate. However, any wedding not starting within 30 minutes
of the agreed upon time will be charged a $50 surcharge, unless prior
approval. Any wedding not starting with 1 hour of the agreed upon time
may be postponed at the discretion of Tucson Weddings.
